워킹맘의 일-가정 갈등이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 여가만족의 매개효과에 대한 연구

A study on the mediating effect of leisure satisfaction in the effect of working mom’s work-family conflict on quality of life

본 연구의 목적은 워킹맘의 일-가정 갈등이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 여가만족의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법 연구대상은207명의 워킹맘을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 SPSS를 활용하여 인구통계학적 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, cronbach's a 신뢰도, Person's 상관관계를 분석하고 PROCESS Macro의 Model 4를 이용하여 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 첫째, 일-가정 갈등은 여가만족, 삶의 질과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 여가만족과 삶의 질은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 일-가정 갈등은 삶의 질과 여가만족에 통계적으로 유의미하게 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여가만족은 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의미하게정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가만족은 워킹맘의 일-가정 갈등이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 통계적으로 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 워킹맘의 일-가정 갈등으로 인한 삶의 질 저하를 줄이기 위한 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of leisure satisfaction in the effect of working mothers’ work-family conflict on their quality of life. The research subject of the research method was a survey of 207 working mothers. In order to verify the research model, demographic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α reliability, and Person’s correlation were analyzed using SPSS, and mediating effect verification was conducted using PROCESS Macro’s Model 4. First, the work-family conflict showed a significant negative correlation with leisure satisfaction and quality of life, and leisure satisfaction and quality of life showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that the work-family conflict had a statistically significant negative effect on the quality of life and leisure satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction had a statistically significant and positive effect on the quality of life. Third, leisure satisfaction was found to have a statistically significant partial mediating effect in the effect of working mothers’ work-family conflict on the quality of life. It is intended to provide practical and policy implications to reduce the deterioration of quality of life due to the work-family conflict of working mothers.
