중국 초등학교 특급 체육 교사의 전문성 형성 과정에 관한 연구

A study on the professional formation process of China's primary school special grade physical education teachers

본 연구의 목적은 중국 초등학교 특급 체육 교사의 전문성 형성 과정을 탐구하고 그들의 전문성 형성 경험과 특성을 분석함으로써 초등학교 체육 교사의 전문성 형성에 도움을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중국 산둥성 소재 초등학교의 특급 체육 교사 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 현상학적 연구 방법을 사용하여 3개월 간의 심층 인터뷰 자료와 인공물을 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 방법을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 6개의 상위 범주, 15개의 하위 범주, 38개의 의미 단위가 도출되었다. 최종적으로 초등학교 특급 체육 교사의 전문성 형성 과정에는 ‘체육 교사로 일하게 된 다양한 이유’, ‘교육 과정에서 겪는 여러 어려움’, ‘다양한 방법을 통한 전문성 개발’, ‘전문성을 갖춘 체육 교사로 성장’이라는 네 가지 전문성 형성 과정을 거치게 되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 연구 결과에 따라 ‘체육 교육 환경의 변화’가 초등학교 특급 체육 교사의 전문성 형성을 위한 외적 조건임을 확인하였고, ‘자아 각성: 능동적 성장’이 초등학교 특급 교사의 전문성 형성 과정의 내적 특성이라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이를 통해 초등학교 체육 교사들은 수업 진행 과정에서 겪는 다양한 어려움에도 불구하고 외적인 체육 교육 환경과 내적인 능동적 성장이 함께 작용하여 전문성을 갖춘 초등학교 특급 체육 교사가 될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구에서는 더 많은 초등학교 특급 체육 교사들을 대상으로 다양한 지역에서 충분한 연구를 진행하여 연구의 신뢰성을 높일 필요가 있다. 또한, 초등학교 체육 교사들의 전문성이 더욱 효과적으로 향상되기 위해서는 초등학교 특급 교사들의 전문성 형성 과정에 있어서 구동 요인과 학습 전략 사이의 차이에 대한 상관 분석과 인과 분석을 수행하는 것도 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the formation process of the professional of special grade physical education teachers in Chinese primary schools, analyze their experiences and the essence of the formation of professional, and provide assistance for the formation of the professional of primary school physical education teachers. To this end, this study selected 5 special grade primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province and conducted in-depth interviews with them for 3 months using the phenomenological research method. The data collected were analyzed by the Giorgi phenomenological research method, and 6 high-level categories, 15 subcategories, and 38 meaning units were obtained. Finally, four processes of the formation of professional are comprehensively presented: "different reasons for engaging in the work of physical education teachers", "various difficulties encountered in the teaching process", "cultivating professional through various methods", and "becoming a professional physical education teacher". This study confirmed that the "change of the physical education environment" was an external condition for the formation of the professional of special grade primary school physical education teachers, and proposes that "self-awakening: active growth" was the essence of the formation process of the professional of special grade primary school teachers. Thus, in the face of various difficulties encountered in the teaching process, primary school physical education teachers, under the joint action of the external physical education environment and internal active growth, eventually became special grade primary school physical education teachers with professional.In subsequent research, sufficient studies can be conducted on a larger number of primary school special-grade physical education teachers from different regions to make the research more reliable. In addition, in order to more effectively enhance the professionalism of primary school physical education teachers, it is necessary to conduct relevant analyses and causal analyses of the differences between the driving factors and learning strategies in the formation process of the professional of primary school special-grade teachers.
