수련의료사회복지사의 수련 만족도 및 수련의 질 향상 방안

Trainee Satisfaction and Quality Improvement in Medical Social Work Training Programs

본 연구는 수련의료사회복지사의 수련 경험 만족도를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 수련제도의 질적 향상 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2022년~2024년의 의료사회복지 수련에 참여한 96명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 수련 경험에 대한 전체 평균 만족도는 3.93점(5점 만점)으로 대체로 긍정적인 수준이었다. 수련 전 기대와 실제 경험의 일치도는 78.2%, 직무 기대의 일치도는 90.7%로 나타났다. 주관식 응답에 대한 질적 분석에서는, 전문성 향상, 자신과 일의 의미 알기, 세심한 슈퍼비전, 수련공동체 등이 긍정적 경험, 평가 부담과 비표준화된 슈퍼비전 등이 부정적 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 구조화된 교육과 슈퍼비전 제공, 평가체계의 정비 등 수련 교육의 개선방안을 논하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of participants in the medical social worker training program and to explore strategies for improving the quality of the training system. An online survey was conducted with 96 individuals who participated in the training program between 2022 and 2024. The overall average satisfaction score was 3.93 out of 5, indicating a generally positive evaluation. Regarding the alignment between expectations and actual experience, 78.2% of respondents reported consistency or greater satisfaction for the training program, while 90.7% responded similarly regarding their expectations for job roles. In the qualitative analysis of open-ended responses, positive experiences included professional development, gaining insight into oneself and the meaning of work, attentive supervision, and the training community. In contrast, burdens related to assessments and unstandardized supervision emerged as negative factors. Based on these findings, the study discusses the need for structured education, standardized supervision, and a refined evaluation system to improve the quality of the training program.
