Patients who come to the orthodontic clinics because their teeth are not straight are often accompanied by facial asymmetry. Correction may be easier if surgery is performed simultaneously, but there are not many cases in which patients want surgery. So, facial asymmetry can be solved only through orthodontics, but treating facial asymmetry is not as easy as you think. I report the case of a female patient in her late teens who had facial asymmetry, and the facial appearance, dentition, and asymmetry were improved to some extent by using microimplant anchorage (MIA) and orthodontic treatment without surgery.
