In this article, two relapse cases are presented. One is mandibular protrusion with facial asymmetry and the other is crowding in the mandibular anterior teeth. Good retention of orthodontic treatment results is essential, but it is difficult to maintain the treatment results in some cases that the patients are not cooperative to wear orthodontic retainers. In those relapse cases, One Wire Technique is a simple and effective way to retreat the relapse cases using target tooth movement. The authors used One Wire Technique to retreat the relapse cases and obtained favorable results.
