Orthodontic camouflage treatment of a Class I malocclusion patient with facial asymmetry due to differences in the length of the mandibular ramus and bilateral dental protrusion resulted in esthetically good results. Dental asymmetry due to the dwarfed teeth was resolved to some extent with prosthetic treatment, but the canting of the transverse occlusal plane (rolling) and the menton deviation (yawing) due to skeletal asymmetry were not resolved.
