Camouflage Treatment of Adult Skeletal Class III with Anterior Functional Shif

This case describes a 39-year-8-month-old female patient with skeletal Class III pattern, anterior cross bite with a functional shift, missing of the mandibular right first molar, and spacing in the mandibular anterior teeth. She showed an excessive exposure of the mandibular anterior teeth when smiling. Non-extraction camouflage treatment was chosen because the patient did not want orthognathic surgery. Face mask and mandibular inclined plane were additionally used to raise the vertical dimension. After active treatment of 24 months, occlusal relationship, smile esthetics, and facial profile were significantly improved.
