본 연구는 부모가 인식하는 열린 어린이집의 활성화 수준과 운영 특성이 기관 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 부모의 개인 특성에 따른 주요 변수 차이를 검토하였다. 수도권 지역의 유아교육 기관을 이용 중인 부모 300명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, t-검정, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 부모의 성별, 학력, 경제 상황, 자녀 재원기간 등에 따라 열린 어린이집에 대한 인식에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 특히 '운영 특성'과 '기관 만족도' 간의 높은 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 다중회귀 분석 결과, ‘참여 활동의 일상성’과 ‘다면적 의사소통’이 기관 만족도의 주요 영향 요인으로 나타났으며, 부모의 양육 관심도와 성별 역시 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 열린 어린이집의 효과적인 운영을 위해 부모의 개인적 특성과 기대 수준을 고려한 맞춤형 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 부모 참여의 질적 향상과 신뢰 형성을 위한 체계적인 소통 및 참여 환경 조성이 강조된다.
This study analyzes the effect of the activation level and operational characteristics of open childcare centers as recognized by parents on institutional satisfaction, and examines the differences in major variables according to the individual characteristics of parents. A survey was conducted with 300 parents using early childhood education institutions in the metropolitan area, and the collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate significant differences in perceptions of open childcare centers based on parents' gender, educational background, economic situation, and enrollment period, with a particularly strong positive correlation identified between 'operational characteristics' and 'institutional satisfaction.' Multiple regression analysis revealed that 'daily life of participatory activities' and 'multi-faceted communication' are major factors influencing institutional satisfaction, while parents' parenting interest and gender also play a role. These results suggest that the effective operation of open childcare centers requires a customized approach that considers parents' personal characteristics and expectations. Furthermore, the creation of a systematic communication and participation environment is emphasized to enhance the quality of parental participation and build trust.
