초기부모애착 불안전성이 후기청소년 남성의 인터넷음란물중독에 미치는 영향: 대인관계유능성과 자기조절력의 순차매개모형

Insecure Early Parental Attachment and Internet Pornography Addiction among Post-Adolescent Males: The Sequential Mediating Roles of Interpersonal Competence and Self-Regulation

본 연구는 남자후기청소년을 대상으로 불안전 초기부애착/모애착과 인터넷음란물중독의 관계에서 대인관계 유능성과 자기조절력의 순차매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인터넷상에서 음란물을 시청한 경험이 있는 19세~24세의 남자후기청소년을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 307명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 불안전 초기부애착/모애착 모두 인터넷음란물중독과의 관계에서 대인관계유능성과 자기 조절력의 순차매개효과가 유의하였다. 개별 경로를 살펴보면, 불안전 초기부애착/모애착 모두 인터넷음란물 중독과의 관계에서 대인관계유능성의 단독 매개효과는 유의하지 않았고, 자기조절력의 단독 매개효과는 유의하였다. 이때, 불안전 초기‘부애착’이 인터넷음란물중독에 미치는 직접효과는 유의하였으나, 불안전 초기‘모애착’이 인터넷음란물중독에 미치는 직접효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 관련 선행연구들을 통합하여 남자후기청소년의 인터넷음란물중독에 영향을 줄 것으로 예측되는 주요 환경변인(불안전 초기부모애착)과 개인변인(대인관계유능성, 자기조절력)을 설정하고, 부애착과 모애착의 영향을 구분하여 인터넷음란물중독에 이르는 과정을 분석한 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점, 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study examined the sequential mediating effects of interpersonal competence and self-regulation on the relationship between insecure early paternal/maternal attachment and Internet pornography addiction in post-adolescent males. For this study, we conducted an online survey of males aged 19 to 24 who had viewed pornography online and analyzed data from 307 participants. The results revealed that the sequential mediating effect of interpersonal competence and self-regulation on the relationship between insecure early paternal and maternal attachment and Internet pornography addiction was significant. When examining the outcomes of each pathway, the mediating effect of interpersonal competence alone was not significant, while self-regulation had a significant mediating effect. Additionally, insecure early paternal attachment showed a direct effect on Internet pornography addiction, whereas insecure early maternal attachment did not. Based on the study’s results, the implications and limitations are discussed, and suggestions for future research are presented.
