유치원 관리자 디지털 리더십 측정도구 타당화

Validation of a digital leadership for kindergarten administrators

본 연구는 유치원 관리자(원장 및 원감)의 디지털 리더십 측정도구를 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한산섬 외(2025)가 개발한 디지털 리더십 내용을 바탕으로 측정도구를 구성하였 다. 최종 문항 선정을 위해 서울, 인천, 경기, 세종 및 충북, 경상, 전라 지역의 관리자 534명을 대 상으로 자료를 수집하여 문항 양호도 분석, 내용타당도 및 구인타당도, 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 전 문가의 검토를 통해 내용타당도를 검증하고, 구인타당도 검증을 위하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과, 디지털 시대의 교육적 비전 제시, 유아교육기관의 디지털 환경 조성 및 관리, 교육과정 기반 디지털 활용 지원, 디지털 활용 기관 운영관리 및 소통, 디지털 기반 가정·지역사 회 연계 및 협력, 디지털 시민성 제고, 디지털 전문성 개발과 같이 7개의 하위영역, 총 32문항의 최종 측정도구를 확정하였다. 측정도구의 문항내적일관성신뢰도는 .97, 검사–재검사 신뢰도는 .84(p＜.001)으로 나타나, 높은 안정성과 일관성을 갖춘 신뢰할 수 있는 도구임을 확인하였다. 본 측정도구는 국내 유치원 관리자를 대상으로 한 최초의 디지털 리더십 측정도구로서, ‘유치원 관리자 디지털 리더십’이라는 구인의 개념적 정의에 충실하게 구성되었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to validate a scale to assess the digital leadership of kindergarten, including principals and vice-principals. Based on the digital leadership framework developed by Han et al. (2025), the scale was constructed. To finalize the items, data from 534 administrators across various regions were analyzed. The validation process included item analysis, expert review for content validity, confirmatory factor analysis to establish construct validity, and reliability testing. As a result, the final scale consisted of 32 items across seven domains: presenting an educational vision in the digital era, establishing and managing digital environments in early childhood education institutions, supporting curriculum-based digital integration, utilizing digital tools for institutional management and communication, promoting digital-based family and community partnerships, enhancing digital citizenship, and developing digital expertise. In terms of reliability, the internal consistency coefficient of the scale was .97, and the test-retest reliability was .84 84 (p<.001), confirming the stability and consistency of the developed instrument. This scale is the first digital leadership scale for kindergarten administrators in Korea and is significant in that it has been faithfully constructed in accordance with the conceptual definition of the construct “kindergarten administrator digital leadership.”
