H대학의 비교과 프로그램 현황과 학생들의 인식 및 요구에 대한 분석

An Analysis of H University’s Extracurricular Programs : Current Status, Student Perceptions, and Needs

본 연구는 H대학교의 비교과 프로그램 운영 현황과 문제점을 조사하고, 학생들의 인식과 요구를 분석하여 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 H대학교 재학생 471명을 대상으로 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들은 참여형 교육 방식을 선호했으며 주요 참여 동기는 진로 탐색 및 취업 관련 내용으로 파악되었다. 또한, 시간 부족이 프로그램 불참의 주된 이유였고, 홍보 강화 및 운영 일정 조정에 대한 개선 요구가 확인되었다. 프로그램에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 78%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학생 요구를 반영한 프로그램 개발 및 운영 방향을 구체적으로 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to investigate the current status and challenges of extracurricular program operations at H University and to analyze students' perceptions and needs in order to explore improvement strategies. To this end, a survey and in-depth interviews were conducted with 471 enrolled students. The results indicate that students prefer participatory educational methods, with career exploration and employment-related content identified as primary motivations for participation. Time constraints were found to be the main reason for non-participation, highlighting the need for enhanced promotion and adjustments to program schedules. Overall satisfaction with the programs was 78%. These findings are significant as they offer concrete directions for developing and operating programs that reflect students' needs.
