예비 문화예술교육사의 교육 만족도와 요구사항 분석

A Study on the Satisfaction Level and Needs Analysis of the Curriculum for Prospective Cultural Arts Educators

본 연구는 지방 사립대학 3곳 평생교육원의 문화예술교육사 2급 과정 수강생을 대상으로 하여, 설문 102명과 보완적 심층인터뷰 3명의 결과를 통합적으로 분석하였다. 주요 결과로 수강 동기는 ‘전문성 향상’과 ‘국가자격 취득’이 가장 높았고, 전반 만족도는 보통 이상이나 현장실습 및 실기수업의 부족이 핵심 불만으로 파악되었다. 도출된 개선 요구는 교육내용‧방법의 다양화, 과목 간 연계 강화, 강사 교수법 전문성 제고, 정책‧제도적 지원 확대였다. 이를 토대로 교육기관, 강사, 정책 주체 간 역할 분담에 기초한 실천적 개선방향을 제안하였다.

This study surveyed the satisfaction and needs of students who took the cultural arts education instructor qualification course at the lifelong education center operated by three private universities in the province. As a result of analyzing 102 respondents and three interviews, the students cited professional improvement and qualification acquisition as their main motivations, and their educational satisfaction was generally above average, but in reality, there was dissatisfaction due to the lack of field training and practical classes. The needs for improvement included policy and institutional support, diversification of educational content and methods, and strengthening of instructors' professionalism. Through this, this study suggested improvement measures for cultural arts education instructor curriculum that can be utilized at the government, universities, and professors levels.
