예비유아교사의 창의적 인성 관련 변인 분석

A Study on Variables Associated with the Creative Personality of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 창의적 인성 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 교사역량의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 강원, 경기 및 충청지역에 위치한 대학교에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 239명을 대상으로 자료수집이 이루어졌으며, AMOS 통계프로그램을 통해 순차매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 결과, 예비유아교사의 공감능력, 자아탄력성, 교사역량 및 창의적 인성 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 아울러 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 창의적 인성, 자아탄력성 및 교사역량 간에는 긍정적인 영향 관계가 있었고, 자아탄력성과 교사역량의 매개효과를 확인했다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 통해 예비유아교사의 창의적 인성 발달의 과정에서 공감능력, 자아탄력성 그리고 교사역량은 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서의 시사점은 예비유아교사의 창의적 인성과 관련하여 공감능력, 자아탄력성 그리고 교사역량을 포함한 예비유아교사 창의 인성의 다양한 관련 변인 분석이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study examined the mediating effects of ego-resilience and teaching competency in the relationship between empathy and creative personality among pre-service early childhood teachers. The participants were 239 pre-service early childhood teachers enrolled in universities located in the Gangwon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong regions of South Korea. The sequential mediation effect was analyzed using AMOS statistical software. The data analysis revealed significant positive correlations among empathy, ego-resilience, teaching competency, and creative personality. Furthermore, empathy was found to have a positive influence on creative personality, and both ego-resilience and teaching competency were confirmed as mediating variables in this relationship. These findings suggest that empathy, ego-resilience, and teaching competency are important factors in the development of creative personality in pre-service early childhood teachers. The study highlights the need for further research into various related variables that influence the creative personality of future early childhood educators.
