Wee 클래스 슈퍼비전 제도의 도입 방안을 위한 질적연구 : 전문상담교사의 슈퍼바이지 경험을 중심으로

A Qualitative Study on implementation of Wee Class Supervision System : Focusing on the Professional School Counselors Supervisee Experiences

본 연구는 학교 상담 현장인 Wee 클래스에 적합한 슈퍼비전 제도 도입 방안을 심층적으로 탐색하여, 구체적이고 실제적인 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해, 대구․경북에 소재한 Wee 클래스에 재직 중이며, 슈퍼비전 경험이 있는 전문상담교사 12명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 진행하고, 주제 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 2개의 영역, 5개의 상위범주, 15개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 2개의 영역은 ‘슈퍼비전의 필요성 및 효과’, ‘슈퍼비전 제도의 도입 방안’으로 나타났으며, 5개의 상위 범주는 ‘슈퍼비전의 필요성’, ‘사례 개념화 및 상담 사례 관리 능력 향상’, ‘내담자의 긍정적 변화와 전문가로서 성장 및 소진 회복’, ‘슈퍼비전 제도화를 위한 실천적 방안’, ‘슈퍼비전 제도화를 위한 행정적 방안’으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로, Wee 클래스 슈퍼비전의 필요성 및 효과를 살펴보고, 슈퍼비전 제도에 관한 구체적인 도입 방안을 논의하였다.

This research aims to conduct a detailed exploration of introducing a supervision system suitable for the Wee Class school counseling context and to provide practical data for its implementation. For this study, I conducted a focus group interview (FGI) with 12 professional counseling teachers employed in Wee Classes in Daegu and Gyeongbuk who had supervision experience, and we subsequently carried out a thematic analysis. I drew outcomes from the analysis, which are a total of five categories and fifteen subcategories across two main domains. The two domains were 'the necessity and effects of supervision' and 'implements for introducing a supervision system.' The themes of five categories identified were (1) necessity for supervision, (2) case conceptualization and enhancement of counseling case-management competencies, (3) positive change of counselee and Growth as professional and recovery from burnout, (4) practical strategies for institutionalizing supervision, and (5) administrative measures for institutionalizing supervision. Based on these findings, the study examined the necessity and effectiveness of supervision in the Wee Class context and discussed concrete proposals for introducing a supervision system.
