중년 남성의 부당성 인식(억울), 우울, 습득된 자살 실행력에 대한 잠재프로파일 분석: 초기 부적응 도식을 중심으로

Latent profiles of perceived unfairness (eogul), depression, and acquired capability for suicide in middle-aged men: Differences in early maladaptive schemas

본 연구는 중년 남성의 부당성 인식(억울), 우울, 습득된 자살 실행력 수준을 바탕으로 잠재프로파일을 도출하고, 각 프로파일에 따라 초기 부적응 도식(단절 및 거절, 손상된 자율성과 손상된 수행, 손상된 한계, 타인-중심성, 과잉경계 및 억제)에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중년 남성 500명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 잠재 프로파일 분석 결과, 안정군, 취약군, 위험군의 세 집단이 도출되었다. 안정군은 억울과 습득된 자살 실행력 수준이 가장 낮았으며, 취약군은 중간 수준, 위험군은 가장 높은 수준을 보였다. 그러나 세 집단 간 우울 수준은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이어서 세 집단 간 초기 부적응 도식의 차이를 분석한 결과, 위험군이 모든 도식에서 가장 높은 점수를 보였고, 그 다음으로 취약군, 안정군 순이었다. 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 과잉경계 및 억제 도식은 위험군과 안정군을, 손상된 자율성과 수행 도식은 취약군과 안정군을, 그리고 과잉경계 및 억제, 손상된 자율성과 수행, 타인-중심성 도식은 위험군과 취약군을 유의하게 구분하였다.

This study applied Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) to classify middle-aged men based on levels of perceived unfairness (eogul), depression, and acquired capability for suicide, and examined differences in early maladaptive schemas (EMS) across the identified profiles. A total of 500 participants completed an online survey. Three distinct profiles emerged: stable, vulnerable, and high-risk groups, The stable group reported the lowest levels of perceived unfairness and acquired capability for suicide, the vulnerable group showed moderate levels, and the high-risk group exhibited the highest levels. However, depression did not significantly differ among the three groups. Further analysis revealed that the high-risk group scored highest across all EMS domains, followed by the vulnerable and stable groups. Multinomial logistic regression analysis revealed that the Overvigilance & Inhibition schema significantly distinguished the high-risk from the stable group; the Impaired Autonomy & Performance schema differentiated the vulnerable group from the stable group; and the Overvigilance & Inhibition, Impaired Autonomy & Performance, and Other-Directedness schemas significantly distinguished the high-risk from the vulnerable group. These findings suggest that early maladaptive schemas are important psychological markers for differentiating levels of suicide-related risk among middle-aged men.
