Construction of the Content Framework for Christian Parent Education

본 연구는 성경에 근거한 기독교 부모교육의 개념과 내용체계를 구성하고, 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 성경 본문과 기독교 부모교육 관련 문헌에 나타난 부모를 향한 교훈을 분석하여 핵심 영역과 구체적 내용 요소를 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 델파이 조사 도구를 개발하였다. 이후 두 차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 기독교 부모교육 내용체계의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 총 4개의 대영역, 9개의 중영역, 30개의 내용 요소, 112개의 교육내용으로 구성된 체계가도출되었으며, ‘부모 자신의 신앙 성숙’, ‘기독교인 부모의 정체성과 역할’, ‘자녀양육 기술’, ‘신앙공동체 생활’이라는 네 가지 핵심 영역은 서로 긴밀하게 연계되어 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기독교 부모교육의 학문적 정체성을 강화하고, 교회와 교육 현장에서 실제적으로 활용 가능한 교육 내용체계를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to establish a content framework for Christian parent education based on the Bible and to verify its validity. To achieve this, biblical texts and relevant literature on Christian parent education were analyzed to extract core domains and specific content elements, which were then used to develop a Delphi survey tool. Two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted to validate the proposed framework. As a result, a structured content system was established, consisting of four major domains, nine sub-domains, 30 content elements, and 112 educational topics. The four major domains, Spiritual Maturity of the Parent, Identity and Role of the Christian Parent, Parenting Skills, and Life in the Faith Community, were found to be in a close interrelationship. This study contributes to strengthening the academic identity of Christian parent education and provides a practical content framework for implementation in church and educational settings.
