This study proposed digital visual function training contents with anamorphic technique and verified its technical implementation potential. Unreal Engine 5 was used to design a tunnel-type background and a sphere that moves in various speeds and directions in a flat monitor environment, and instantaneous cognition and fuselage vision training elements were reinforced by inserting numbers and Randolt rings into the object. By providing a visual stimulus that simultaneously stimulates the external and internal eye muscles, an environment in which various visual functions such as static vision, fuselage vision, instantaneous vision, and response speed can be integrated and statistically significant visual function improvement was confirmed. In conclusion, a new technical approach was presented in which the anamorphic technique was applied to visual function training, and the possibility of application of game engine technology and visual function training was shown. However, there are limitations such as lack of physiological understanding of the regulatory training mechanism, lack of personalized conditions, and limited clinical verification. In future studies, expansion research, including various subject groups, personalized training protocols, and long-term effectiveness and safety evaluation are needed, and through this, it is thought that anamorphic-based digital visual function training technology can develop into an integrated tool for visual health management.
