The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and environment of practice-oriented university education in the fields of advanced video production technology, to investigate and analyze the satisfaction level of students, who are the user, in terms of situational analysis, and to propose an effective development plan for new or improved practice-oriented education. In the present situation of education where learning population is rapidly decreasing, it is also true that the satisfaction level of students on education such as the introduction of art education, on-site self-learning, and practice-oriented experiment practice as part of the new breakthrough in learning by rote is improving. However, in comparison to such trend, it is judged that practical education and creative education programs are significantly insufficient. Therefore, this study intends to investigate and study the satisfaction patterns and educational programs of students, who are the user, based on production practices shown in advanced video production technology, and to analyze, study, and identify an effective education development plan through the establishment of such paradigm in order to present the direction of video production education based on such plan. It is considered that students who produce videos need to cultivate their ability to produce videos using advanced media such as VR/AR. It is necessary to conduct a survey targeting users and present a new curriculum based on the results of the survey. Improvements from problem-centered education and passive learning by rote to an active problem discussion and contest -centered education are necessary. It is considered that mainly discussion-centered education, practice-centered education, creativity and result -centered education, education under voluntary atmosphere, and educational programs based on participation-centered discussion should be improved. When video production is viewed as an active paradigm of creative patterns, it is considered to be a highly useful educational program. In this study, the status of production-centered and practice-centered education was analyzed and the direction of improvement was presented through a survey on the status and satisfaction level of experimentation and practice-centered field education related to video production in university education.
