물리보안 전문가 양성을 위한 교과목 개발 연구: 델파이 조사를 중심으로

A Study on the Development of a Curriculum for Training Physical Security Professionals: Focused on Delphi Survey

물리보안의 교육과정은 다양한 학문분야와의 융･복합을 이루기 때문에 방대한 범위의 지식과 전문성이 요구된다. 아직까지 물리보안에 대한 학문적 연구와 기반이 구축되지 않은 시점에서 물리보안 분야의 기초를 다지기 위한 정립된 교과목의 도입이 반드시 필요한 시기라고 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 물리보안 전문가 양성을 위해 대학 교육과정에서 개선되어야 할 교과목을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 문헌연구와 선행연구를 통해 대학의 물리보안 관련 전공과목을 탐색하고 예비 교과목을 도출하였다. 이후 델파이 조사를 실시하여 교과목에 대한 의견을 수렴하고 적합도를 평가하였다. 조사결과 물리보안 교과목은 공통, 물리보안, 경호･경비, 범죄･안전, 융･복합 5개 영역과 26개의 교과목으로 도출되었다. 개발된 물리보안 교과목의 현장 적용을 위하여 첫째, 대학 및 산업체의 교육과정에 교과목을 적용해야하며 자격과정 및 혁신교과과정과 연계하는 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 물리보안 교과과정에 대한 심화 및 고급과정의 강화가 필요하다. 셋째, 학제 간 융합교육으로 사회적 책임을 다하는 물리보안 전문가로 성장할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

The physical security curriculum requires a vast range of knowledge and professional because it combines with various academic fields. At a time when academic research and foundation for physical security have not yet been established, it is essential to introduce established subjects to lay the foundation in the field of physical security. The purpose of this study is to develop subjects that need to be improved in the university curriculum to cultivate physical security professionals. To this end, first, through literature research and prior research, major subjects related to physical security at the university were searched, and preliminary subjects were derived. After that, a Delphi survey was conducted to collect opinions on the subjects and evaluate their suitability. As a result of the survey, physical security subjects were derived into five areas and 26 subjects: common, physical security, security, crime and safety, and convergence. For the field application of the developed physical security subject, first, it is necessary to apply the subject to the curriculum of universities and industries, and a plan to link it with the qualification and innovation curriculum is needed. Second, it is necessary to deepen the physical security curriculum and strengthen the advanced curriculum. Third, it is necessary to grow into a physical security expert who fulfills social responsibilities through interdisciplinary convergence education.
