중국 결혼이주여성을 위한 이중언어 강사 교육 프로그램 기초 연구

A Basic Study on a Bilingual Instructor Training Program for Chinese Marriage Immigrant Woman

본 연구는 중국 결혼이주여성을 위한 이중언어 강사 교육 프로그램 개발 연구이다 본 연구는 2024년 6월부터 2024년 9월까지 총 17회기를 진행하였으며, 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구와 이중언어 강사 참여자의 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 연구 참여자는 중국 결혼이주여성이며, 양 문화 간 중재자 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이중언어 강사 프로그램 내용에는 다문화 이해교육, 국제 이해교육, 외국어 교육, 타문화 이해 등의 내용이다. 인터뷰 질문지는 중국 결혼이주여성의 이중언어 인식 이중언어 교육 내용 문화다양성에 대한 이해와 존중 내용이다. 연구 설계는 선행 연구를 통해 기초를 마련하고, 둘째 전문가 검토로 내용 타당도를 확보했으며, 셋째 한국어 능력 면접을 통해 참여자를 선정하여 프로그램을 운영하였다. 본 프로그램은 중국 국적 결혼이주여성의 정체성 확립과 역량 강화에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 이중언어 교육 전문가 양성을 위한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study aimed to develop a bilingual instructor training program for Chinese marriage immigrant women. The program was conducted over 17 sessions from June to September 2024. It involved research for program development and in-depth interviews with the participating bilingual instructors. The participants were Chinese marriage immigrant women, and they were expected to act as mediators between cultures. The bilingual instructor program content included multicultural understanding education, international understanding education, foreign language education, and cross-cultural understanding. The interview questionnaire addressed Chinese marriage immigrant women's perceptions of bilingualism, bilingual education content, and understanding and respect for cultural diversity. The research design was based on prior research, content validity was ensured through expert review, and participants were selected through Korean language proficiency interviews. The program was implemented after the participants were selected. This program had a positive impact on the identity and capacity building of Chinese marriage immigrant women. Further research is needed to develop bilingual education experts.
