가정보호 8호 처분을 받은 부부의 의사소통 유형과 결혼만족도에 관한 연구

A Study on the Communication Types and Marital Satisfaction of Subject to Family Protection Disposition No. 8

본 연구는 가정보호 8호 처분을 받은 부부를 대상으로 의사소통 유형과 결혼만족도의 관계를 분석하고, 자기 인식과 배우자 인식 간 차이를 포함한 5가지 연구문제를 탐색하였다. 연구 대상은 경기도 소재 상담센터에서 법원으로부터 상담위탁 처분을 받은 36쌍(총 72명)의 부부이며, 자료 수집 기간은 2021년 1월부터 2024년 6월까지이다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계, 비모수 검정, 상관분석, 분산분석 및 부분최소제곱(PLS) 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 자기 인식과 배우자 인식 간 의사소통 유형에 유의미한 불일치가 나타났다. 둘째, 개별 의사소통 유형에 따른 결혼만족도의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 전반적 의사소통은 결혼만족도와 높은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 정서적 의사소통과 문제해결 의사소통 모두 결혼만족도와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 특히 문제해결 의사소통이 더 큰 영향력을 보였다. 다섯째, 경제적 요인은 전체적으로 결혼만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 낮은 경제 수준은 여성의 결혼만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 결과는 부부상담에서 갈등 해소를 위한 의사소통 훈련이 효과적임을 시사한다.

This study examined the relationship between communication types and marital satisfaction among court-mandated married couples who received Protective Disposition No. 8 under the Domestic Protection Act. A total of 36 married couples (72 individuals) referred to a counseling center in Gyeonggi Province participated. Data were collected from January 2021 to June 2024 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, non-parametric tests, correlation analysis, ANOVA, and partial least squares(PLS) regression. Results showed significant discrepancies between self- and partner-perceived communication patterns. No significant differences in marital satisfaction were found across individual communication types. However, overall communication was positively correlated with marital satisfaction. Emotional and problem-solving communication both showed significant positive associations, with problem-solving communication having a stronger impact. Economic factors were not significant overall, but low economic status negatively affected women’s marital satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of problem-solving communication training in counseling court-referred couples.
