사회복지현장실습 실습계획서와 실습일지 분석 - 사이버대 재학생의 지역아동센터 실습을 중심으로 -

Practicum Plans and Logs in Social Work Field Education: Evidence from Cyber University Students at Community Child Centers

본 연구는 A 사이버대 사회복지현장실습에 참여하는 학생들의 실습계획서와 실습일지의 내용을 분석함으로써 실습의 내용, 계획과 실행 간 차이, 실습 시간 구성 형태에 따른 집단 간 차이를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 A 사이버대학교에서 사회복지현장실습을 수행한 학생 중 지역아동센터에서 실습한 23명의 학생이며 이들이 제출한 실습계획서와 실습일지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 평가 영역, 슈퍼비전, 참관활동 등에서 계획 대비 실제 수행 빈도에 차이가 있었으며, 실습 시간 구성 형태, 특히 평일 연속 실습 대비 그렇지 않은 실습 감에 실습활동 영역이 달라지는 경향성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 평생교육의 중요성이 강조되는 미래 사회에 맞는 사이버대 사회복지현장실습 교육의 질적 향상을 위해 실습내용의 구조화, 평가 강화, 사례관리 지침의 의무화, 성인학습자의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 지도가 필요함을 제안한다.

This study explored practicum content, discrepancies between planned and actual implementation, and differences across practicum formats by analyzing practicum plans and logs submitted by 23 students at A Cyber University. These students undertook field practicums at community child centers, and submitted both plans and logs. The analysis revealed differences in frequency between planned and actual practice in areas such as evaluation, supervision, and observational activities. Furthermore, the scope of practicum activities varied depending on the type of practicum participation, particularly between continuous weekday practice and other types of practice. Clearly, enhancing the quality of the social work field practicum at Cyber University requires structured practicum content, strengthened evaluation, more explicit case management guidelines, and tailored supervision that considers adult learner characteristics.
