키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 양육스트레스 연구 동향

Research Trends on Parenting Stress in Korea using Keyword Network Analysis

본 연구는 국내 양육스트레스의 연구 동향을 종합적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하여, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용함으로써 관련 연구의 지식구조를 면밀히 살펴보고자 하였다. 양육스트레스와 직접적으로 연관된 국내 학술연구 가운데 2011년부터 2024년까지 학술지에 게재된 총 743편의 논문을 수집하였으며, 해당 논문들에서 추출된 2,337개의 주요 키워드를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 모든 자료는 Textom 프로그램을 통해 정제 및 분석되었고, 전체 네트워크, 시기별 네트워크, 주제별 네트워크로 구분하여 키워드 간의 구조적 관계를 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 네트워크 분석에서는 연구 대상, 심리 정서적 자원, 양육환경, 정책적 개입요인이 핵심 주제로 확인되었다. 둘째, 시기별 분석에서는 시기 1에서 시기 2로 이행되면서 연구 초점이 부모의 정서적 회복 중심에서 사회문화적 변화와 적응 중심으로 옮겨가는 경향이 발견되었다. 셋째, 주제별 분석에서는 양육스트레스가 단일 차원에서 발생하는 것이 아니라 심리적·관계적·구조적 요인들이 복합적으로 상호작용하며 형성됨을 보여주었다. 이상의 결과와 논의를 바탕으로 향후 양육스트레스 연구의 방향성과 학문적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to comprehensively examine research trends on parenting stress in Korea by employing keyword network analysis to explore the knowledge structure. A total of 743 research articles published between 2011 and 2024 were collected, from which 2,337 relevant keywords were extracted and analyzed. Using the Textom program, the data were refined and examined at three levels: overall, by period, and by thematic category. The findings highlighted several key points. First, the overall network analysis identified central themes such as research participants, psychological and emotional resources, parenting environment, and policy-related interventions. Second, the period-based analysis revealed a shift in focus, from parental emotional recovery in the earlier stage to sociocultural adaptation in the later stage. Third, the thematic analysis showed that parenting stress is not confined to a single dimension but emerges through complex interactions among psychological, relational, and structural factors. Directions for future research are suggested.
