교육봉사 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 교육적 의미와 인식변화에 관한 단일사례연구

A Single Case Study on the Educational Meaning and Changes in Perceptions of College Students Participating in an Educational Service Program

본 연구의 목적은 여름 방학 기간 중 교육봉사 프로그램에 참여한 대학생들의 교육봉사 경험에 관한 교육적 의미와 인식변화에 대한 의미와 본질을 탐색하는 데 있다. 본 연구에 참여한 대학생은 총 7명으로 2025년 4월부터 8월 여름방학기간 동안 중학생을 대상으로 진행한 3일간의 수업 경험에 대한 교육적 의미와 인식의 변화 사례를 분석하였다. 연구의 의미 분석을 위해 교육봉사에 관한 면담자료를 바탕으로 92페이지 분량의 인터뷰 자료 내용을 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 교육봉사 경험의 교육적 의미와 인식의 변화는 첫째,‘나눔을 통한 자기성장’과 ‘진정한 나눔에 대한 인식의 변화’ 그리고 교육봉사를 통한 ‘삶의 자기주도성 향상’으로 나타났다. 이번 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들이 다양한 교육봉사를 경험할 수 있는 프로그램의 확대 시행되기를 기대하며 이러한 교육봉사 경험으로 대학생들이 자기 성장 경험을 통해 진로 탐색의 기회가 많아지기를 희망한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the educational significance and changes in perceptions of university students who participated in an educational service program during summer vacation. Seven university students participated in this study. The study analyzed the educational significance and changes in perceptions of a three-day class experience for middle school students during summer vacation from April to August 2025. To analyze the significance of this study, 92 pages of interview data were analyzed. The findings are as follows. The educational significance and changes in perceptions of the educational service experience were, first, "self-growth through sharing," "a change in the perception of true sharing," and second, "improved self-directedness in life through educational service." Based on these findings, we hope to expand programs that allow university students to experience diverse educational service activities. We also hope that these educational service experiences will foster self-growth and provide opportunities for career exploration.
