OBE-BOPPPS 기반 중국 직업 대학 창의·창업 교육 모형 개발 연구

본 연구는 중국 직업대학에 적합한 OBE-BOPPPS 창의·창업 교육 모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 직업대학 교육 및 OBE, BOPPPS 관련 선행연구를 토대로 가설적 모형을 구성하고, 전문가 평가를 통해 내·외적 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 제안된 모형은 학생들의 창업 의식, 창의적 사고 및 실천 역량을 효과적으로 향상시켰으며, 교수 과정에서도 구조적 완결성과 상호작용성, 실행가능성이 확인되었다. 모형은 사회 수요 지향, OBE 목표, BOPPPS 교수법, 교사·학생·캠퍼스 문화 지원 시스템, 운영 및 피드백 메커니즘의 다섯 모듈로 구성되며, 이들이 유기적으로 통합되어 교육 목표와 교수 과정, 사회 요구 간의 순환적 연계와 피드백을 보장한다. 특히 BOPPPS 교수법은 학생 중심 참여 학습과 성과 지향적 수업을 통해 학습 성과 달성과 지속적 개선을 지원한다. 본 연구의 OBE-BOPPPS 교육 모형은 중국 직업대학의 실제 교육 수요에 부합하는 실천적 지침을 제공하며, 창의·창업 역량 강화를 위한 효과적인 교육 전략으로서 의의를 갖는다.

This study aims to develop an OBE-BOPPPS creative and entrepreneurial education model suitable for Chinese vocational colleges. To achieve this, a hypothetical model was constructed based on prior research related to vocational college education, OBE, and BOPPPS, and its internal and external validity was verified through expert evaluations. The findings indicate that the proposed model effectively enhanced students’ entrepreneurial awareness, creative thinking, and practical competencies, while also demonstrating structural completeness, interactivity, and feasibility in the teaching process. The model consists of five modules: social demand orientation, OBE goals, BOPPPS teaching method, teacher–student–campus culture support system, and operation and feedback mechanism. These modules are organically integrated to ensure a cyclical connection and feedback among educational objectives, teaching processes, and social needs. In particular, the BOPPPS teaching method supports the achievement of learning outcomes and continuous improvement through student-centered participatory learning and outcome-oriented instruction. Overall, the OBE-BOPPPS education model proposed in this study provides practical guidance aligned with the actual educational needs of Chinese vocational colleges and serves as an effective educational strategy for strengthening creative and entrepreneurial competencies.
