The ultimate goal was to suggest potential intervention strate-gies to improve vaccination uptake. Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted with 146 Viet-namese women residing in the Chungbuk area using a self-reported questionnaire. Data were collect-ed from January 16 to December 26, 2024. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version 27.0, employing descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Self-efficacy, residential period in Korea, perceived barriers, and perceived susceptibility were identified as factors influencing HPV vacci-nation intention among Vietnamese migrant women. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for comprehensive interventions, including customized education programs and institutional support, to improve HPV vaccination rates among Vietnamese women residing in South Korea.
