Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the levels of body image, self-efficacy, and social support, and their effects on resilience among colorectal cancer patients with stoma. Methods: This descriptive correlational study was conducted with 170 colorectal cancer patients who underwent stoma formation surgery. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean resilience score of the participants was 95.54±15.76. Factors such as self-efficacy (b=.491, p <.001), family support (b=.246, p <.001), perceived health status (b=.162, p =.008), and age (b=.124, p =.034) were identified as significant predictors of resilience. These variables explained 44.7% of the variance in resilience levels. Conclusion: The findings indicate that self-efficacy, family support, perceived health status, and age significantly influence the resilience of colorectal cancer patients with stoma. Nursing interventions aimed at enhancing self-efficacy and social support are essential to improve the psychological and physical recovery of these patients, thereby increasing their resilience and quality of life.
