Purpose: This scoping review aimed to examine the effects and influencing factors of web-based parent education interventions on family-centered care among parents of children with cancer, providing foundational evidence for digital family-centered nursing programs. Methods: Following Arksey and O’Malley’s (2005) framework and PRISMA-ScR guidelines, studies published from January 2018 to July 2025 were systematically searched in CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, Online Library, and ScienceON. Ten studies were analyzed using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) to identify facilitators and barriers. Results: Studies from the United States, Turkey, and other countries implemented programs such as eSCCIP, family empowerment, and mobile resilience training. Web-based interventions improved caregiving competence (CAFCPCS), selfefficacy (GSES), and self-esteem (RSES) while reducing depression, anxiety, and stress (DASS-21). Key facilitators included accessibility, user-centered design, clinician endorsement, and social support, whereas time constraints, emotional burden, and technological issues hindered participation. Conclusion: Web-based education effectively reduces parents’ psychological burden and enhances family relationships and coping abilities. Developing culturally adapted hybrid programs that combine online and face-to-face education with technical and emotional support is essential to improve participation, family adaptation, and program sustainability.
