College graduates are valuable human resources of the Party and the country. Doing a good job in the employment of college graduates has a bearing on the well-being of people's livelihood, economic development and social stability.The employment situation in 2024 faces multiple challenges. First, the number of college graduates is expected to reach 11.79 million, an increase of 210,000 year-on-year, which makes the job market more competitive. Second, the downturn in the global economy and the downsizing of hiring by enterprises have put graduates under greater competitive pressure in their search for jobs.
