어린이집의 ESG 운영이 보육교사 사회문제 인식과 환경친화적 교육 태도에 미치는 영향

The Impact of ESG Management in Daycare Centers on Childcare Teachers' Awareness of Social Issues and Eco-friendly Educational Attitudes

본 연구는 어린이집의 ESG 운영이 보육교사 사회문제 인식과 환경친화적 교육 태도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 경상남도 C시 지역의 어린이집 종사자 209명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0(ver) 프로그램 을 활용하여 분석되었다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 어린이집의 ESG 운영, 보육교사의 사회문제 인식, 환경친화적 교육 태도 변인에서 평균 3.8점 이상의 긍정적인 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집의 ESG 운영, 보육교사의 사회문제, 환경친화적 교육 태도 등 모든 구성개념 변인 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 어린이집의 ESG 운영에 대한 보육교사의 태도만이 사회문제 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어린이집의 ESG 운영이 보육교사 환경친화적 교육 태도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 어린이집의 ESG 운영이 보육교사의 사회적 책임감과 환경교육 역량을 증진하는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 어린이집의 ESG 운영의 지속가능성을 확보하고 교육적 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 ESG 운영 교육 프로그램과 체계적인 운영 시스템을 마련하는 것이 필요하다.

This study examined the impact of ESG management in daycare centers on childcare teachers' awareness of social issues and their eco-friendly educational attitudes. To this end, a survey was conducted among 209 daycare center staff members in City C, Gyeongsangnam-do, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. Examining the study results, first, all major variables—including ESG management in daycare centers, teachers' awareness of social issues, and eco-friendly educational attitudes—showed a positive level with average scores of 3.8 or higher. Second, significant positive correlations were confirmed among all construct variables, including ESG management in daycare centers, teachers' awareness of social issues, and eco-friendly educational attitudes. Third, it was found that only the teachers' attitudes toward the ESG management of daycare centers had a positive effect on their awareness of social issues.Fourth, it wasconfirmed that ESG management in daycare centers has a positive impact on teacher’s eco-friendly educational attitudes. These research results demonstrate that ESG management in daycare centers plays a significant role in enhancing teachers' social responsibility and environmental education capabilities. Therefore, to ensure the sustainability of ESG management in daycare centers and maximize educational effectiveness, it is essential to establish systematic ESG training programs and operating systems.
