신진·청년 예술인의 지속가능한 예술창작활동에 관한 탐구 : <예비예술인 지원사업> 사례를 중심으로

A study on the Sustainable Art Creation Activities of New and Young Artists: Focusing on the case of <Preliminary Artist Support Project>

본 연구는 신진·청년 예술인의 지속가능한 예술창작활동에 관한 탐구로 <예비예술인 지원사업> 사례를 중심으로 진행되었으며, 예술생태계의 문제의식에서 출발해 사업을 통한 경험, 이를 개선하기 위한 여러 아이디어를 정리하는데 목적이 있다. 본질적 사례연구로 목적표집을 통해 예술대학 및 단체 8개 기관을 선정하였으며, 심층면담에 근거해 체계화하였다. 연구결과 <예비예술인 지원사업>의 운영 특성, 신진·청년 예술인 및 기획자의 경험 그리고 지속가능한 예술창작활동의 필요한 지점으로 전개되었으며, 현장이야기를 들어볼 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 이 연구는 지원사업을 통해 신진·청년 예술인과 현장 실무자의 경험을 정리하였다. 사회변화에 대응할 수 있는 예술인지원부터 지속가능한 활동을 위한 시사점을 도출하였으며, 예술생태계 변화에 균형있는 의견을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

This study was conducted focusing on the case of <Preliminary Artist Support Project> as an exploration of sustainable art creation activities of New and young artists. The purpose is to organize various ideas to improve the experience through the project, starting from the awareness of the problem of the art ecosystem. As an essential case study, eight arts universities and organizations were selected through objective sampling and systematized based on in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, it was developed as a necessary point for the operational characteristics of <Preliminary Artist Support Project>, the experiences of new and young artists and planners, and it was an opportunity to listen to the story of the field. It was an opportunity to listen to the field story. It has drawn implications for sustainable activities from supporting artists who can respond to social changes, and is expected to be able to present balanced opinions on changes in the art ecosystem.
