The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of AI-era education in Forest Carter's 『The Education of Little Tree』 and to explore implications for subject education. This novel provides the following implications for subject education. It is possible to improve metacognition through problem-solving, develop situational intelligence through practical application of knowledge, and learn the meaning of experience through reflection. It is possible to develop an educational connoisseurship through modeling of artistic experience, and to seek self-reflection and improvement through self-evaluation using reflection notes. It also enhances students' critical thinking and inquiry skills in subject education and suggests the importance of acquiring methodological knowledge. In addition, through subject education, community capacity can be cultivated through consideration, achievement motivation can be improved through experience of success, and the meaning of cooperation can be awakened through mutual respect and shared responsibility. It suggests that through interdisciplinary convergence, personality can be cultivated, moderation, gifts exchanged, and communication skills of mutual respect can be developed through I-message.
