The Structural Relationship Among Career Preparation Behavior, Social Support, Career Learning Experience and, Career Adaptability of Korean 1st Grade of General High school Students

이 연구의 목적은 일반계 고등학교 1학년 학생의 진로준비행동과 사회적지지, 진로학습경험, 진로 적응력의 구조적 관계를 구명하는 데 있었다. 연구 목적에 따라 2024년 기준 일반계고등학교에 재학 중인 440명의 학생을 임의표집하여 온라인 설문을 통해 2024년 12월 9일부터 24일까지 16일간 총 427부의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료 중 이상치 16부를 제외하고 411명의 응답을 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0과 R 4.4.3의 lavvan 패키지를 활용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지는 학생의 진로준비행동에 입체적인 영향이 존재하지만 결과적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 학생의 진로준비행동을 효과적으로 촉진하기 위해서는 진로학습경험을 우선적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 진로준비행동은 성별과 같은 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 수준이 상이하게 나타난다. 이를 바탕으로 고등학교 1학년의 진로준비행동을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 학술적, 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among career preparation behavior, social support, career learning experience, and career adaptability among first-year general high school students. In accordance with the research purpose, data were collected through an online survey from 440 students enrolled in general high schools in 2024. A total of 427 responses were obtained over a 16-day period from December 9 to 24, 2024, and 411 valid responses were used for the final analysis after excluding 16 outliers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and the lavaan package in R 4.4.3. The major findings are as follows: First, although social support demonstrates multidimensional effects on students’ career preparation behaviors, the net impact is positive. Second, career learning experiences should be considered a primary factor in facilitating students’ career preparation behaviors. Third, career preparation behaviors vary across demographic characteristics, like gender. Based on these results, academic and practical implications are discussed for effectively supporting career preparation behavior among first-year high school students.
