예비 유아 교사를 위한 학습공동체 중심 TPACK-CD 프로그램 개발 및 효과

Development and Effects of a Learning Community-Based TPACK-CD Program for Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비 유아 교사의 테크놀러지 활용 역량 강화를 목적으로 학습공동체 중심 TPACK-CD 기반 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 C도에 위치한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 예비 유아 교사 28명을 대상으로 총 10회기의 프로그램을 운영하였으며, 사전‧사후 검사를 통해 테크놀러지 활용 역량의 변화를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 독립표본 t검증으로 검정하였다. 연구결과, TPACK-CD 프로그램은 예비 유아 교사의 전체 테크놀러지 활용 역량을 유의미하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학습공동체 중심 TPACK-CD 기반 프로그램이 예비 유아 교사의 테크놀러지 핵심 역량 증진에 효과적인 교사 교육 방안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 나아가 본 연구는 교사 교육 과정에서 테크놀러지 역량 강화를 위한 실질적 프로그램 개발의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 교육적‧학문적 의의를 지닌다.

This study developed a learning-community-based TPACK-CD program to strengthen preservice early childhood teachers’ technology-integration competencies and examined its effectiveness. The participants were 28 preservice early childhood teachers enrolled in a four-year university in Province C. The ten-session program was implemented, and changes in technology integration competencies were measured through pre- and post-assessments. Data were analyzed using independent samples t-tests in SPSS. The results showed that the TPACK-CD program significantly enhanced participants’ overall technology-integration competencies. These findings indicate that a learning-community-based TPACK-CD approach is an effective model for improving essential technology competencies in early childhood teacher preparation. This study further contributes to the field by offering practical implications for designing technology-focused coursework within early childhood teacher education programs.
