교류분석상담 사례개념화 요소 개발 및 타당화

Development and Validation of the Case Conceptualization Elements for Transactional Analysis Counseling

본 연구는 교류분석 이론을 적용한 상담사례개념화 요소를 개발하고 요소 내용에 대한 타당성 검증을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구 및 상담전문가 3인의 예비 분류와 본 분류 과정을 거쳐 교류분석상담 사례개념화 요소 초안을 마련하였다. 교류분석상담 사례개념화 요소 초안을 토대로 내용타당성 검증을 위한 전문가들의 합의 과정을 도출하기 위해 23인의 교류분석 상담전문가에게 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 방법을 사용하였다. 요소별 내용타당도(CVR)를 산출하고자 Lawshe(1975)가 개발한 내용타당도 공식을 적용하였으며, 자료 처리는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램과 EXCEL을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 7개의 유목과 16개의 요소로 구성된 교류분석상담 사례개념화 요소가 도출되었다. 결과를 바탕으로 교류분석상담 사례개념화의 임상적 활용에 관한 논의, 연구의 의의, 제한점 등이 논의되었다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of developing counseling case conceptualization factors applying transactional analysis theory and verifying the validity of the content of the factors. To this end, a draft of transactional analysis counseling case conceptualization factors was prepared through a literature review and preliminary classification by three counseling experts and the main classifiation process. Based on the draft of transactional analysis counseling case conceptualization factors, the Delphi method was used three times with 23 transactional analysis counseling experts to derive a consensus process among experts for content validity verification. The content validity formula developed by Lawshe (1975) was applied to calculate the content validity (CVR) by factor, and the SPSS 23.0 program and EXCEL were used for data processing. As a result of the study, transactional analysis counseling case conceptualization factors consisting of 7 categories and 16 factors were derived. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to serve as the basis for clinical use of transactional analysis counseling case conceptualization. The significance of this study and limitations for future studies were discussed.
