사이버대학 성인학습자의 AI⋅디지털 교육 요구도 분석

Analysis of AI and Digital Education Needs of Adult Learners in Cyber University

1본 연구는 사이버대학 성인학습자의 AI⋅디지털 교육에 대한 요구를 분석하고 교육적 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 D광역시 사이버대학의 성인학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 189명이 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 T검정, Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus Model 분석을 실시하였다. 결과를 종합하여 교육 요구를 파악하였으며, 성인학습자의 연령별 교육 요구도를 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 사이버대학의 성인학습자는 적응적 디지털문제해결역량과 디지털안전역량에 관해 교육요구가 최우선 순위로 나타났으며. 정보 및 디지털리터러시역량, 소통과 협업역량, 디지털콘텐츠 생성역량이 후순위로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사이버대학 성인학습자의 AI⋅디지털 역량 강화를 위해서는 디지털 환경에서 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력을 강화할 수 있는 교육과 디지털 환경에서 안전하고 윤리적인 행동을 증진할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 본 연구는 사이버대학 성인학습자의 AI⋅디지털 교육을 위한 기초자료 제공 및 시사점을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to analyze the educational needs for AI and digital competency among adult learners at a cyber university and to provide foundational data for curriculum development. To achieve this purpose, survey was conducted on adult learners of cyber colleges located in D Metropolitan City, and 189 people participated. The collected data were analyzed using t-tests, Borich needs assessment, and The Locus for Focus Model. The findings revealed that adult learners at the cyber university demonstrated the highest educational needs in adaptive digital problem-solving and digital safety competencies, whereas information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, and digital content creation competencies were identified as lower-priority areas. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide educational programs that enhance learners’ abilities to solve problems in digital environments and promote safe and ethical behavior online. This study is significant in providing foundational data and implications for the development of AI and digital competency education tailored to adult learners in cyber universities.
