잠재적 군 인적자원으로서의 고등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 이중매개효과

The Effects of Perceived Parenting Styles on High School Students' School Adjustment as Potential Military Human Resources: The Sequential Double-Mediating Effects of Social Support and Psychological Capital

본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 관계에서 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D광역시 소재 일반계 고등학교 1, 2학년 학생을 대상으로 편의표집을 하여, 총 348부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.2 for SPSS를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모양육태도는 학교생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 부모양육태도와 학교생활적응 간 관계에서 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 이중매개효과 또한 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부모양육태도를 긍정적으로 인식할수록 사회적 지지가 높아지고, 이는 긍정심리자본을 강화하여 궁극적으로 학교생활적응을 높이는 순차적으로 이중매개하는 구조가 성립됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 고등학생의 학교적응을 증진하기 위한 프로그램 및 정책수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study aimed to examine the sequential double mediating effects of social support and psychological capital on the relationship between high school students’ perceived parental rearing attitudes and their school adjustment. The participants were 348 first- and second-grade students from a high school located in D Metropolitan City, who were selected through convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 for SPSS, and the significance of the mediating effects was verified through bootstrapping. The study results are as follows. First, parenting style had a significant effect on school adjustment. Second, social support and psychological capital significantly mediated the relationship between parenting style and school adjustment. Third, the sequential double mediating effect of social support and psychological capital was also found to be significant. Specifically, when students perceived their parents’ parenting style more positively, they experienced higher levels of social support, which in turn enhanced their psychological capital and ultimately improved their school adjustment. These findings provide fundamental data for the development of programs and policies designed to promote school adjustment among high school students.
