Purpose: This study aimed to identify the levels of anxiety, depression, fatigue, sleep disorders, and learning immersion in nursing students who experienced COVID-19 and to determine factors affecting learning immersion to provide basic data for effective teaching strategies. Methods: A descriptive survey was conducted with 168 nursing students from two universities in Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from June 2, to September 1, 2025, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression with SPSS/WIN 26.0. Results: As a result of the study, the degree of anxiety, depression, fatigue, and sleep disorders were high. Among them, the rate of feeling severe fatigue was the highest. Multiple regression analysis showed that balance of challenge and skill, clear goals, and concrete feedback were significant sub-domains of learning immersion, with an explanatory power of 15.6~20.4%. The results of the study confirmed that subjective health and depression level were the main predictors of learning commitment. Conclusion: To enhance learning immersion in nursing students experiencing COVID-19, This suggests that physical and mental health management should be prioritized.
