결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스와 가족건강성 관계에서 가족지지의 매개효과: 베트남 결혼이주여성의 실천지원 관점을 중심으로

The Mediating Effects of Family Support on the Relationship Between Acculturation Stress and Family Health in Marriage-Migrant Women: Practical Support for Vietnamese Marriage-Migrant Women

본 연구는 베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스, 가족지지, 가족건강성 간의 관계를 검증하고 이들 요인의 인과구조를 파악함으로써 다문화가족의 실천적 지원을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북지역에거주하는베트남결혼이주여성 226명의 설문자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적응스트레스는 가족지지에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족지지는 가족건강성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 문화적응스트레스는 가족건강성에 직접적인 부정적 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 가족지지를 통한 간접효과도 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 결혼이주여성의 안정적 정착을 위해 가족 단위의 실천지원체계 강화가 필요함을 논의하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점을 토대로 다양한 지역과 표본을 포함한 후속연구를 제안하였다.

This study examined the relationships among acculturation stress, family support, and family health among Vietnamese marriage-migrant women to identify their causal structure and provide a basis for practical support in multicultural family practice. Survey data from 226 participants in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results showed that acculturation stress negatively affected family support, while family support positively influenced family health. In addition, the mediating effect of family support between acculturation stress and family health was significant. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening family-based practical support systems to enhance stable settlement and family adaptation among marriage-migrant women.
