특수학교(급) 전공과의 지역사회 연계에 대한 교사와 학부모의 인식 비교

Comparison of Teachers‘ and Parents’ Awareness of Community Linkages in Vocational Courses at Special Schools

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수학교(급) 전공과의 지역사회 연계에 대해 교사와 학부모가 지니는 인식을 비교·분석하여 전환교육 모델의 실행 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 전공과 교사 116명과 학부모 69명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답 분포는 빈도분석으로 파악하고, 집단 간 평균 차이는 t-검증, 문항별 분포 차이는 교차분석(χ²)으로 검증하였다. 연구결과: 교사와 학부모는 전공과 재학 연한의 유연성 문항에서 차이(t=−6.041, p<.001). 취업 정보 취득(χ²=15.763, p<.01)과 추수지도 협력 방식(χ²=11.291, p<.05)에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 논의: 전공과의 유연한 운영, 정보 접근 다변화, 학교–공공기관–외부 인력의 역할 분담과 공동 의사결정 체계를 구축할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: The atudy aims to analyze and compare the perceptions of teachers and parents regarding community linkage in special school(class) special-education vocational programs, with the goal of identifying explore effective strategies for implementing a transition education model. Methods: A survey was conducted with 116 teachers invoived in special education vocational program and 69 parents. The distribution of responses was examined through frequency analysis, differences in group means were verified using the t-test, and differences in item distribution were anallyzed using the chi-square test. Results: Significant differences were found between teachers and parents in the item concerning perceptions of flexibility in the duration of special educatio vocational programs(t=−6.041, p<.001). Differences were also observed in pathawat for obtaining employment information (χ²=15.763, p<.01) and the cooperative method for follow-up support(χ²=11.291, p<.05). Discussion: The findings suggest the needs to establish flexible operation of the special-education vocational program, diversify information access, share roles among schools, public institutions, and external personnel, and build a collaborative decision-making system.
