Humble leadership, as a positive leadership style, exhibits socially appealing behaviors characterized by teamwork and employee attention, and its role in the workplace has garnered attention from academia. This study is based on survey data from 460 employees to empirically explore the relationships between humble leadership, workplace anxiety, organizational identity, and HRM Strength(human resource management strength). The research findings show a significant negative relationship between employee perceived humble leadership and workplace anxiety; organizational identity plays a mediating role in this relationship, while HRM Strength moderate it.
