This paper explores the connection between the characteristics of nomadic art and Deleuze and Guattari's concept of "smooth space," suggesting methods for transitioning to such a space, as well as the direction contemporary society should pursue. Like the concept of "smooth space," nomadic art possesses the characteristic of always being able to create something new. This is why Deleuze and Guattari focused on nomadic art as a model for "smooth space." The transition to "smooth space" is driven by Deleuze and Guattari's focus on the war machine and the rhizome. This is a creative way for war machines to move through infinite connections and disconnections, while acknowledging otherness. However, even with this transition to such a space, problems remain. "Smooth space" can sometimes transform into a contradictory space, either due to unexpected and powerful forces or by its own actions. Therefore, contemporary society needs to create a more diverse space where "smooth space" and contradictory spaces can coexist.
