The purpose of this study is to identify the subjective structure of inclusive class early childhood teachers' perceptions regarding play support competence and to explore ways to support teachers' professionalism by analyzing the characteristics of each type. To achieve this, Q-methodology was applied, and the study was conducted from August to November 2025. The P-sample consisted of 60 early childhood teachers with experience in inclusive classrooms, and data were analyzed using the KADE program. The results revealed that the perceptions of inclusive class early childhood teachers regarding play support competence were categorized into four distinct types. Type 1 is the 'Interaction Facilitation and Social Integration-Oriented Type,' which emphasizes the formation of peer relationships and social integration without exclusion. Type 2 is the 'Participation Adjustment and Individualized Support-Oriented Type,' which prioritizes instructional modification according to children's developmental levels and meticulous observation skills. Type 3 is the 'Strength-Based Play and Achievement-Oriented Type,' which recognizes the discovery of the potential strengths of children with disabilities and the promotion of a sense of achievement within play as core competencies. Type 4 is the 'Emotional Support and Collaboration-Based Professionalism Type,' which emphasizes the formation of children's self-esteem and a collaborative system with families and experts. This study demonstrates that teachers' perceptions of play support in inclusive classrooms possess a multidimensional structure and suggests the necessity of providing customized support tailored to each specific type.
