확장된 통합기술수용모형에 기반한 중국 사범대학생의 교육용 AI 수용의도에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

Factors Influencing Chinese Normal University Students' Acceptance Intention of AI in Education: Based on the UTAUT2 Model

본 연구는 확장된 통합기술수용모형(UTAUT2)에 위험인식 변인을 통합하여 중국 사범대학생의 교육용 AI 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 성별, 전공계열, AI 사용경력의 조절 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 저장성 소재 3개 사범대학 재학생 845명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형과 다집단 분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 쾌락적 동기, 비용가치, 습관은 교육용 AI 수용의도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 위험인식은 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 노력기대가 수용의도에 미치는 영향에서 성과기대가 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 성별과 AI 사용경력에 따른 조절효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 전공계열에 따라 영향 요인의 차이가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 중국 사범대학생의 교육용 AI 수용을 촉진하기 위해 유용성과 사용 용이성 제고, 긍정적 사용 경험의 강화, 그리고 위험인식 완화를 위한 교육적·정책적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study aimed to identify the factors influencing Chinese normal university students’ acceptance of educational AI by integrating the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) with perceived risk, and to examine the moderating effects of gender, academic major, and AI use experience. A survey was conducted with 845 students from three normal universities in Zhejiang Province, China. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit had significant positive effects on the intention to use educational AI, while perceived risk had a significant negative effect. In addition, performance expectancy partially mediated the relationship between effort expectancy and intention to use. The moderating effects of gender and AI use experience were not significant, whereas differences according to academic major were identified. These findings suggest that enhancing perceived usefulness and ease of use, promoting positive usage experiences, and reducing perceived risks through educational and policy support are essential to facilitate the acceptance of educational AI among Chinese normal university students.
