Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing prenatal posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods: Data were collected from a cross-sectional study of 318 low-risk women in the third trimester conducted at women's clinics. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, a one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. All statistical analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27.0. Results: The mean prenatal PTSD was 29.61 (SD=18.00). Multiple regression analysis using the step selection method showed that prenatal depression (=.41, p <.001), resilience (=−14, p <.001), and fear of childbirth (=.13, p <.001) were significantly associated with prenatal PTSD (F=44.27, p <.001). The explanatory power of these variables for prenatal PTSD was 29.0% (Adjusted R2=.29). Conclusion: Prenatal depression, resilience, and fear of childbirth influenced prenatal PTSD in low-risk pregnant women. Healthcare providers should focus on early screening, ongoing management, and psychological support. The results of this study will contribute to the development of nursing interventions for effective prevention and management of prenatal PTSD.
