북한이탈주민의 낙관성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향: 감사성향과 적응유연성의 순차적 매개효과

The Effects of Optimism of North Korean Defectors on Posttraumatic Growth : The Sequential Mediating Effect of Gratitude and Resilience

본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈주민의 낙관성과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 감사성향과 적응유연성의 순차적 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내에 거주하는 만 19세 이상 북한이탈주민 100명을 대상으로 낙관성 척도(Life Orientation Test-Revised), 한국판 감사성향 척도(Korean Version of Gratitude Questionnaire-6; K-GQ-6), 새터민 적응유연성 척도, 한국판 외상 후 성장 척도(Korean Posttraumatic Growth Inventory: K-PTGI)로 구성된 자기보고식 설문지를 작성하여 실시하였고, SPSS Statistics 26과 SPSS Process macro 4.2를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낙관성, 감사성향, 적응유연성, 외상 후 성장은 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 낙관성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향에서 감사성향의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 적응유연성의 완전 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 북한이탈 주민의 낙관성과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 감사성향과 적응유연성의 순차적 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구가 가지는 시사점과 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the sequential mediating effects of gratitude disposition and resilience in the relationship between optimism and post-traumatic growth among North Korean defectors. To this end, a survey was conducted with 100 North Korean defectors aged 19 or older in South Korea using the LOT-R, K-GQ-6, the Resilience Scale, and K-PTGI. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and the PROCESS macro 4.2. The main results are as follows: First, significant positive correlations were found among all variables. Second, in the relationship between optimism and post-traumatic growth, the mediating effect of gratitude disposition was not significant, but the full mediating effect of resilience was significant. Third, the sequential mediating effect of gratitude disposition and resilience was found to be significant. Based on these findings, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
